A crazy idea

I have decided that I am going to aim to run a quarter marathon this year. I’m thinking the Auckland marathon is probably a good one. A quarter marathon is 10.7km and that seems doable. It would take about an hour or so and not kill me. Of course I’m only running 2 mins at a time at the moment so this is all theoretical. Maybe it will kill me? But what a good way to die. :)

Very brave! But I think it does wonders for your running when you have an event to train for. Yesterday I clocked up 4km for the first time, did it in 33 minutes. Back when I was ‘running’ 30 seconds in one interval, I wouldn’t have ever believed I could run for that distance.

I’m totally behind you! And truthfully? Considering joining you! Keep us posted :-D

I’m so impressed Marsh! One thing I’ve learned is that you can pretty much do anything as long as you believe you can.

I’ve gotten sick of saying I can’t do things because of my weight so yeah! See you at the marathon!
