C25K Week 03 Completed

I completed week 03 of the C25K program today.
Week 03 involved a brisk 5 minute walk as a warmup, followed by 90 seconds of running, 90 seconds of walking, 3 minutes of running, 2 minutes of walking, 90 seconds of running, 90 seconds of walking, 3 minutes of running and then a 5 minute cooldown walk.
I’m very pleased that I am still sticking with the program. I’m convinced that I will be able to do the whole program and am really looking forward to running my first 5K. I don’t think I’ve run 5K in my life!
