Weigh in

I bought a nice new Tanita scale from Pharmacy Direct. It’s a digital one that gives a consistent reading! My old scale was one of those spring jobs that (if you knew the tricks) could help you magically lose a few pounds. It also gives a bodyfat reading and has a few other tricks. I only really trust the weight reading. ;)

My weekly weigh in came in at 109.5 kgs (241 pounds) this week. That’s a loss of .9 kg (2 pounds) from last week’s weigh in.

I’m reasonably happy with that and hopefully I will be able to do the same again this week.

That means my total lost now is 66 pounds with 54 to go!

So that’s why I have to keep changing it back to kg :P

You like to see numbers drop fasters…

I like to see smaller numbers. Working in lbs makes me feel even heavier!!! :P

I’m with Sally :-P Whenever I convert my weight to pounds, it looks bloody scary. (and there’s always Google to do the pound conversion stuff!)
