		<description>Hmm...I&#039;ve heard that you should do weights before cardio because otherwise you will have no glycogen left in your muscles if you do cardio first which means you won&#039;t be able to lift the weights. :)

I just do what I can when I can. :)</description>

		<description>Cynthia - I&#039;ve heard the same; I think partially it&#039;s due to some of the lactic acid build up and secondly, because weight training has you burning more calories for longer after your weights workout has completed. (In Body Pump, you can burn only around 200 calories in a class, but continue to burn at a higher rate for 5-6 hours afterwards)</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve heard that you can get more fat burning by doing cardio AFTER weights... though I must admit, I&#039;m not sure I could muster up the energy to do that right now. Still, it&#039;s an avenue I may explore.

Congratulations!  Undoubtedly your run would&#039;ve felt way more difficult for doing it after your weights, though I think recent research has proven that it might be more beneficial to do your weights first (build up lactic acid) and then your cardio after (remove the lactic acid).  It doesn&#039;t make it easy though, and you are a true champ for chugging on!</description>
