I updated the graphs on my about me page yesterday.
I’ve got two graphs. One is from Skinnyr and shows the last ten datapoints that I’ve entered on their site. This one looks pretty good with a steady decrease.
I added in another one using the simple graph plugin which shows a bit more of a long term view. Unfortunately I only started recording my weight seriously in May last year when I was 127 kgs so my journey down from 137 to 127 has been lost.

Thanks for sharing, Andrew. I’ve been weighing every day (apart from a brief little gap where my scale’s batteries died), but I haven’t written a weigh in post for a very long time (dating back to when the busy-ness started in September, when I graduated), and I’ve got a big surge in my graph too, where I’ve gained about 4-5kg. Doesn’t sound like much, but it was about half a year of work
Thank god I’ve managed to get much fitter at the same time, otherwise god knows how depressed and unhappy I would be.

It’s really annoying having to relose weight. I guess I have no one to blame but myself. I’m just thankful my graph is heading downwards again.
Anyways…one day at a time.

Hey at least you are losing!

Regain sucks… I did almost the identical thing over the holidays and am still struggling to get back to where I was.
Daily weighing helps me, it’s when I bury my head in the sand and don’t do that that the pounds start to creep on. Thanks for stopping by my blog, BTW!
I’m about to add yours to my RSS reader.

Regain sucks indeed! I like your blog and have already added it to my RSS and blogroll.

I’m still below the trendline myself, but it’s getting depressingly close. By forcing myself to document it every week I am hoping I can keep at least somewhat on path.
