Butter redux

As promised here is a photo of me with the butter equivalent of the weight I’ve lost. :)

Andrew
That’s 64 500 gram blocks of butter in that trolley. Here’s a closeup:

    Holy butter baskets, batman!

That seriously puts everything you’ve accomplished into perspective, doesn’t it? Bravo, you.

I’ve just stumbled upon your blog via Marshmallow… but I’ll be back.

    Cheers!

I love it! Did you get any funny looks loading it in, taking the picture and unloading it again? (hoping you didn’t need to buy all that butter!).

You do not look like you still have 48 pounds to lose, you look great!

Thanks all. I did get quite a few funny looks. Especially when my wife started taking the photos. But it’s worth it.

Sometimes on this weightloss journey I think we tend to be too focused on the goal and forget how well we’ve actually done. So I thought I would help myself celebrate the progress.

And besides, it’s just plain fun!

Great picture! And you look great too! I agree, it’s very important to remember what we’ve accomplished and celebrate the successes.
