Weigh in

It’s been a good two weeks since my last weigh in.
I didn’t weigh in last week as I went on holiday and didn’t have access to a good scale. During my holiday I enjoyed myself and went to my brother’s wedding. It was great.
Since I’ve come back I’ve completed my first 5K race and week 02 of the OHR program.
Today I weighed in at 100.7 kilograms (222 pounds). This is down around 1.4 kgs (just over 3 pounds) over the 2 week period. Considering I thought I’d gained weight while on holiday this is a great result.
35 pounds or about 16 kgs to go to get to my longer term goal. By next Monday I would love to be under 100 kgs. Double digits are so close now.

I think it says a lot that you’re able to postpone weighing and continue to stay on track without blinking an eye. All these healthy habits you’ve adopted… well, it’s like their *habits* now — not something that you are forcing yourself to do. It’s such a victory, Andrew. Good for you.
