- On the fries: GOOD ON YA! You&#039;ve really been working hard on the physical activity - fries should be part of life. 

- On the route: I LOVE the route maps you post. Really makes me want to pick up one of those devices (Garmin?) to track my routes as well. 

- On the bike inspiration - you&#039;re right - you totally have kickstarted me on my bike again. So much so that I&#039;m taking it into the shop today to have it fixed. I bought a nice used cannondale on craigslist last year, and with the sun returning to Oregon, its time to get it tuned up. Wheels need to be trued and the seat fixed, and I&#039;m ready to go.
