Weigh in

I weighed in at 97.28 kgs (214.5 pounds) this morning according to Physics Diet. That means I had a weekly loss of .91 kgs (just over 2 pounds) which I’ll gladly take.
I had a good week eatingwise and exercisewise except I had a bit too much bread on the weekend. I blame Metroknow for making me lust after bread with his great articles.
For those who missed it I had a great race over the weekend.

I’ll take the blame

The worst is that I am SO tempted to buy that bread book you mentioned… yet I am way to addicted to the stuff!

On an unrelated note — have you noticed that feedburner seems to be all over the place lately? I saw your count a few days ago and it was in the low 40’s I think, and now its back up to the 60’s — very odd. Mine’s been doing the same. Did you do anything to fix it?

Nope. It’s fluctuating wildly. One minute up to 70 odd the next down to 30. I was wondering what I had written to offend my readers!

Metroknow is evil!
however, even against such odds you have done well. I would take 0.91 ANY time!
I’ll duck over to Metroknow and read a few of his articles.

Bread is my downfall and I am dying to try that recipe. (un)Fortunately my oven is a bit wonky, so I can’t bake anything in there… I’ll have to wait until I have a new oven.

Maybe you shouldn’t get a new oven!

Congrats! Another successful week that is well deserved! No worries on the bread, sometimes we need a small indulgence to remain human.
Enjoy!

Woo Hoo, you! Every week just seems to be better than the last, Andrew. You’ve got so much to be proud of!
As for the bread, I think I need to follow Hanlie’s lead and break my oven.
Cheers!

PS: One more thing, I don’t know how you *couldn’t* be outside running (or otherwise) in such a beautiful location. Seriously, burning calories must be a joy with those views!

Thanks J. The surprising thing is that I can’t remember looking at the view during the race. I was too focused on running!

why is it that some days FITNESS BLOGGERS write about foods and then I THINK ABOUT THEM ALL DAY….until I (usually) cave and eat?

Well considering all the stuff you ate and still lost weight… it’s not bad at all!
