My 6 Word Memoir: Find what works and do it!

Nico over at proHealth Blog has tagged me to do a 6 word memoir.

My memoir is “Find what works and do it!” This reflects my own personal journey. I’ve had to tinker with things until I found what worked for me. In my case it has been a focus on getting fit and healthy.

I’m going to tag some bloggers I’ve only discovered recently:

These are the rules:

  • Write your own six word (max) memoir.
