Weigh-in

A slow week this week. Just down .41 kgs (about 1 pound) to my new offical weight of 95.75 kgs. As you can see from the red bit on the graph below I overindulged somewhat this weekend. Never mind, life still needs to be lived.
I went shopping for new pants on the weekend and I’m now a 36 inch waist. Not bad if you consider I was a 50 incher before.
I also nipped in to see the doctor as I still haven’t managed to shake this cold after about 4 weeks now. She reckons it’s not a cold but an allergic reaction to something so it’s just as well I went in.

Congrats on the new slimmer waist!!
I figure your US blog-buds all overindulged this weekend since it was a holiday. I sure did. And you are definately right, “life still needs to be lived.”
Have a great week.

Love the comment “life still needs to be lived” You are so very right, that’s why this is a journey, not a destination.
Congrats on the pound. A Pound down is better than a pound up!
And Also, congrats on the 36 pants….quite an amazing feat when you figure you used to be a 50!

Well done, Andrew! And congrats on the new pant size. That’s another great milestone, and one to be proud of.
Congrats, too, on another excellent 5k(-ish) race!

Congrats on being a 36 incher… I don’t think I have seen that pant sizes since high school… I never made it to 50 incher (48 incher is my max), but then again I am 6′10″ (over 2 meters for you metric folks) and I probably have more places to put it and I certainly have much more to lose.
Keep it up… I am so looking forward to reaching your near 100 lb achievement. Which would put me at a weight I last saw in college.

Hi Andrew,
Thanks 4 popping by my blog. I actually am doing a small amount of walking every day (between 30 - 40 minutes) but I wasn’t counting this as exercise like a scheduled hour of aerobics or swimming.
Congrats on your new trim 36″ waist !!
Fingers crossed that this posts, as I did try to comment on one of your blogs a few days ago and it wouldn’t accept my comment.
Best wishes,
Sharon

Well I had an awful weekend with a three pound gain. That about offsets my losses for the month of May. I managed to get one of those off but now I’ll spend half of June getting back to where I was! Why is weight so easy to gain and so hard to lose! sigh
Congrats on those skinny jeans,

Congrats and I agree about the “life needs to be lived” part. Can’t forget that!

I guess we will wait for a bit longer before you buy more clothes?
As you will keep losing weight for a while longer…
