		<description>I wish I could run outside, but my knees just can&#039;t take it. The treadmill can get a bit boring at times, but I do intervals, and that keeps it pretty interesting and makes time go by pretty fast.

Also one reason that I will be switching to more non-gym based workouts in the coming month, with the weather now getting nice over here!</description>

		<description>I agree the treadmill can be a bit dull - helps if there is a TV to watch and the heart rate monitoring is a plus. 

Another thing you could look at improvement in your resting heart rate.</description>
