		<description>Hey, you are losing... I say that means you are doing something right! Sometimes your body does need the calories, so if you are hungrier and eating more and STILL losing weight... don&#039;t stress!

You&#039;ll know if progress stops... and that is the time to tighten up the diet. &#039;Til then... enjoy!

		<description>I think it&#039;s very important to make sure you are fueled for your runs.. Plus, closer to your goal weight, the slower it goes... I am trying to get over my own plateau.  I&#039;m stuck at 158.   It&#039;s a shame we are on two different seasons.  It&#039;s almost like living through winter now twice a  year!</description>

		<description>Running is sometimes a double edge sword....great way to lose weight, but when you start doing a lot of it you eat more.
Sadly I gained almost 10lbs training for my first marathon.
