		<description>I&#039;m glad I&#039;m not the only one who has been slack on the strength training side. Get out on the bike though, a bit of cross training really does lighten the strain on the legs and joints.</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t consider myself a &quot;gym&quot; person per se; that said, so far I&#039;m not exactly the king of exercise either. So I&#039;m thinking about it. I think I&#039;m going to try to find a few places with short trials to get a feel for them. The idea of a contract makes me shudder at this point.
