Weigh in: So close yet so far
Posted on June 9th, 2008 by Andrew
I quite like the look of my graph this week. Even though there was a rather significant birthday indulgence I still managed to lose a decent bit of weight overall. I’m down .7 kgs (1.5 pounds) for the week. I was really hoping to drop a further .7 of a pound as that would tick me over to 100 pounds lost. If I was still going by scale weight I could do it but I’ve switched to using Physics Diet so I’ll wait till my “official” weight gets there. Next week!

Next week for sure, but this week’s certainly nothing ot sneeze at! Well done!

You are so close to such a major milestone! Millimeters even!
But the best part is, my bread making cannot be held accountable.

You should tell me what time…we could do syncronized dual hemisphere baking – for me, its multigrain bread (flax seed, pumpkin seed, wheat bran, and rolled oats)!
