Weigh in: So close yet so far

If you're new here, you may want to get my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting! I couldn't do this without the help of my commenters!

I quite like the look of my graph this week. Even though there was a rather significant birthday indulgence I still managed to lose a decent bit of weight overall.  I’m down .7 kgs (1.5 pounds) for the week.  I was really hoping to drop a further .7 of a pound as that would tick me over to 100 pounds lost.  If I was still going by scale weight I could do it but I’ve switched to using Physics Diet so I’ll wait till my “official” weight gets there.  Next week!

  12. You are so close to such a major milestone! Millimeters even!

  13. You should tell me what time…we could do syncronized dual hemisphere baking - for me, its multigrain bread (flax seed, pumpkin seed, wheat bran, and rolled oats)! :)
