Good luck on Week 4 of the push ups (not as severe as week 3 in my opinion, so it might not be as much of a chore) and of course with Essential Abs plan. I think you&#039;ll enjoy this one!

Today I&#039;ll be starting my repeat of Week 5 of the push ups and I&#039;m also going to go back to Week 5 of the abs plan as a maintenance project.

		<description>Good for you.  I have been doing core exercises along with the pushups and running and weight lifting.  It kinda blurs my weight loss because I think I am gaining some muscle too ....so don&#039;t be suprised if you gain a little.  

Gonna run my first 5 k in two weeks any advise?...I Just ran about 2.2 miles today and did not feel too bad.
