Good luck with your pushups exhaustion test -- You&#039;re nearing the finish!  Only 2 more weeks!  Go, Andrew, go! You can do it!!!

Regarding your weight management: Sometimes that happens.  The overall trend is downward, so that&#039;s what&#039;s important.  But you already know that, of course.  ;-)  Also, I think you should give yourself a break because you&#039;ve had an operation. (Hope it went well!)  It can take a while afterward to adjust to changes in your body after something like that, which can sometimes also affect your weight management.  I think you&#039;ve done such a incredibly fantastic job with your exercise &amp; weight loss!  I know you&#039;ll get to your goals.  I can picture it, &amp; I bet you can too! You are very motivated &amp; determined.

Boy, can I relate to the continual buying of smaller clothes! ;-)   It IS rather expensive, isn&#039;t it?!  I expect it&#039;ll continue for a bit longer until you reach your goal weight, but it&#039;s all worth it!

What I try to do for lunch is when I cook dinner I will cook more than I need so I have leftovers.
