Weigh in: Green is good

My official weight is down to 91.03 kgs (200.7 pounds) on PhysicsDiet this morning. That means I’m down 107 or so pounds now.

I had a pretty good week eating wise and a great weekend. For the first weekend in a long time I actually kept my scale weight below my PhysicsDiet weight.

If you look at the graph the data points are my actual scale weight and the objective at the moment is to keep them below the trend line as that brings the trend line down. If the shaded area is green then I’m below the line. When it’s red I’m above the line.

As always, kudos on the continued progress! It’s very inspiring and I can only imagine how many people you’ve helped start their own journey.

Excellent job on the progress! Way to stay green! I can’t say that I have been doing the same with my physics diet lately.

    Keep up the great work!

Good stuff being in the green. You are on track to make the target in time for the first half?

Andrew, maybe you could get Coolrunning NZ revived. There was no CR in South Australia til one guy took it upon himself to start organising things and now it is slowly growing and I am making a great bunch of friends. It is amazing the power of one person! I know CR have a NZ site as I have been on it! Also it would be great to have CR’s when I come over in May next year!

I’m hoping so but starting to have my doubts. All this extra running has made me hungrier!

Congrats on your weight loss progress — I never totally understood your graphs before, thanks for explaining the trend line and that green means you are below the trend line !!

Well done Andrew. I find weekends are my biggest problem. If I was measuring daily, I would see a big blip up each weekend and then a downslope to the next weekend.

Yeah I so don’t understand how this physicsdiet scale works, but then I am not a woman of numbers, but one of words (I got 23% on a statistics exam once). I do get, however, that it is a good result which = woohoo!
I’m so jealous of you and your effortless running, you’ve shown such a committment to it, and I can’t seem to find time to do that myself which is annoying.

Yea, I’m with Wundalucy with how the scale thinger works. But I know one thing, results and progress means…yaaaay!
