I am a little yellow rubber duck
Adirun (a running group run out of a local Adidas store) have come up with a great little expression:
Runner, you are a little yellow rubber duck. Click through to see what they mean.

That is awesome! I can feel the motivation to heal quicker and get back to the road just thinking about something as simple as a rubber duck!

You cannot be crushed. You can not be broken. You bounce back. You will always rise to surface.
Good ones
And not only for runners

That’s pretty sweet… I’m kind of a porcelain duck right now. But, rubber duck, here I come.

Great blog! The rubber duck thing is awsome, and I will try to think of it as I try to recover from yet another ankle related setback. Great job on the weight loss. I didn’t have nearly as far to go as you, but it was the first time in my life that I realized I had to lose weight. I took off the 20lbs that I needed to and it has put me back on the path to healthy living. Continued success!
