  8. Great blog! The rubber duck thing is awsome, and I will try to think of it as I try to recover from yet another ankle related setback. Great job on the weight loss. I didn’t have nearly as far to go as you, but it was the first time in my life that I realized I had to lose weight. I took off the 20lbs that I needed to and it has put me back on the path to healthy living. Continued success!
