Weigh-in: Going well
After reflecting on my last weigh in I decided to go back to what has worked for me in the past. Simple meals and easy on the snacks. As you can see from the graph below the tried and true still works. I don’t really believe the daily calorie deficit as I haven’t been hungry. Hopefully I can get another week in like this!
