Back on track and some photos

I went for a nice gentle 5K run in the gym this morning.  It went great and I had no difficulty with any of it.  I’ve felt surprisingly good since the HM with only slightly achey quads (from the hills I suspect).

    that’s great. if you want to stay fit continue on what you are doing. i do run as well in the morning to stay fit.

    I’m amazed at how happy you look while getting all your photos done! Even though I point to photographers while I’m running, I think that I always look serious, so they must think that I’m going to hunt them down. “You with the camera, you’re next!”
