Weigh-in #2 2009

It’s been another good Physics Diet week.  Lots of green on my chart.  My moving average weight has dropped from 93.36 last week to 91.9 which is rather gratifying to say the least.  Of course the moving average is still catching up because of the holiday gain whereas I’ve already moved on from there.

My actual scale weight hasn’t moved quite as much.  It’s moved from 90.8kg to 89.8kg which I’ll quite happily take.

I still find that I struggle to eat clean on weekends but I’ll get there. Anyway, time to head off for a run with my wife.

Ah, progress! The fact that you’re eating clean all week is a good thing in and of itself!

Oh, my gosh! I just saw your Traineo box: 109 POUNDS! That’s amazing.

I struggle so much with the weekends, too. I’ve just started charting my weight again, and it helps me slow down some, mentally. Gonna have to put that number in the little box on Monday!

weekends are…Id say hard but it’s a choice up in herre to make them frivolous.

baking with the Toddler and snacking with the hubby at movies.

one motivation for eating lots of gooood clean foods during the week for me.
    have a great weekend.

I also took up running to lose weight about 3 years ago. It has worked incredibly well and I have not even had to start eating healthy. I really enjoy reading your blog and enjoy seeing others who have reaped the benefits of running! Check out my running blog if you’re interested!
