Back running

I still haven’t quite managed to shake this cold which is a bit annoying. Having said that, I still managed to get to the gym and do an easy 5K in 30 minutes this morning before work.

Not much else to report so I’ll leave it there!

  2. I’m sorry you still have the cold. An “easy” 5k in 30 with a cold is pretty awesome though.

  8. Hope your feeling better man! It is great to be back and what I went through was a great learning experience as well.
That is pretty good timing for a 5K on the treadmill. I did it in 34:02 while running outside but for some reason my best time on the treadmill is about 36:05 minutes. I still have to figure that out. Keep up the great work, you famous guy. :-)
