		<description>Hope your feeling better man! It is great to be back and what I went through was a great learning experience as well.
That is pretty good timing for a 5K on the treadmill. I did it in 34:02 while running outside but for some reason my best time on the treadmill is about 36:05 minutes. I  still have to figure that out. Keep up the great work, you famous guy. :-)
