Weigh-in #5

Another relatively green week on PhysicsDiet. Scale weight was down to 88.1 kgs this morning and PhysicsDiet weight is down to 89.05 kgs. I am very happy with those results. My goal is slowly ticking closer.

One thing that has changed this year is that I’m eating slightly more than I did when I was plateauing last year. I think maybe I wasn’t eating enough. Anyway I’m not complaining. More food and more weightloss is all good to me.

I bumped into someone who hasn’t seen me for about 2 years at work yesterday and it’s always fun to see how flabbergasted people are. :)

  1. Great job on the continued weight loss. Still trying to figure out your graph though. :-) What’s the green area for? It is always nice to bump into people that haven;t seen you since you lost the weight. I know I haven’t seen my family at all since I have lost the 100 or so pounds. Mainly because I am busy here in Las Vegas and they live in the great state of New York.
keep it up man. So how much further do you have to go?

  4. I had the same problem last year. I think I was eating too little, and my weight loss effort stalled.

    Great looking week!

  6. A great job at continuing to make progress towards your goals. The numbers are awesome.

Have you continued with the 100 push-ups challenge? How is the running going by training in your heart rate zones?

    Take care.

  14. Great job! And now that you are so much slimmer you are unlikley to inflict injury on those that you “bump” into! (ha ha ha… pathetic joke, I know.)

Well done indeed – and only 7lbs to go is amazing.
