A tapering we go
I did a shortish long run this morning. Only 15.78 km. I’ve got my next half marathon coming up next week so I had a nice slow run this morning as part of my taper.
I haven’t really got much to add to that!

Who are you kidding! You’re a running maniac. You’re just going a taper to make everyone that has to do a taper feel better!
Seriously, good luck and don’t go crazy this week preparing for the half-marathon.

It’ll be an exciting day when I do a “shortish” 15K run. My max distance is… ~5K.
Good luck with race!

How do you plot your route like that? I’d love to publish my runs as elegantly as yours?
Happy tapering (and carbing!)
