A damp run
One nice thing about having a treadmill at home is that I’m more inspired to run outside! Ironic I know.
It was raining yesterday morning but I was really keen for a run outside so I did 10.2km before work.
It was a great run and I really enjoyed it. I’m hoping to do a 30 km run this weekend but we’ll see how I go I guess.

Dude, I hate treadmills. I am always looking for an outdoor run. Treadmills are sooooo boring.

I actually find a run in a misting rain to be pleasant. Not quite as good as a light snowfall, but pleasant nonetheless. The problem is you usually end up with high wind. That spoils it.

Well, you will be running towards where the easter egg hunt is. So you better run and get there before they are all gone!

I don’t run in the rain, because after I read some article about triathlon runners, they said that when they hit the waters, their heart/body the experience of changes in temperature, hurts the heart.
Running in the rain is one of my favourite things to do!

Nice to get out of the house, rain or shine, sometimes. Well done! Especially if the rain isn’t too heavy I like to run in it – somehow the city seems cleaner in the rain.

I’m with you. Make hay while the sun shines (or while it’s raining). Save the treadmill for hot humid muggy awful days or when you’re the baby minder and she’s in her crib napping.
Treadmills are good as an alternative to outside. Nothing has the effectiveness that running outside has.
