		<description>Ouch ... I can&#039;t even imagine running 32km without any fuel and not completely dying!  I take it popping into a dairy enroute wasn&#039;t an option either?!  I guess if you know you can do 32km like that then you can probably manage a well-fuelled marathon!</description>

		<description>Wow - that clmb up and over the hill to Titirangi must have been a killer that far into your run! Camelbaks can be a problem.  Mine started leaking on me halfway through the Grape Ride cycle race last year and I had to do the same as you.  I&#039;m going to buy a fuel belt when I get back to Wellington.

Did you use any gels on your run?  I&#039;ve found a few which don&#039;t mess my stomach up and the ones with caffeine in them are like rocket fuel!  On a 32km run I&#039;d take one every 45 to 60 minutes.</description>
