		<description>This is great! Give it another shot for sure. I completed the 100 push ups challenge in early January and have been less than good about keeping up with that exercise. That being said, I&#039;ve done enough that whenever I do a set I&#039;m OK with multiple sets of 35 so I guess I haven&#039;t lost that much. I suspect that I could do 50 in a row, but not that much more at the moment. I never did manage to complete the 20 chin-ups challenge, and perhaps that&#039;s what I should try given that this program also incorporates pushups. The squats program is new to me, though my injury prone knees ache at the thought of trying that at the beginning of the 16 weeks of training for my first marathon.

In short, good luck and I&#039;ll be interested to follow along. You can do it!
