		<description>I used to be able to run - hey, I was actually in the &quot;Alice Springs Running And Walking Club&quot; (yes, that&#039;s Alice Springs in Central Australia!). But what happened after about 4 months? I got really bad &quot;Shin Splints&quot; and was out of the game for good. Up until this day, whenever I run for more than 5 minutes, the shin splints comes back, and I have to stop. Even just brisk walking over time will make me feel it. But you know what? I think if you keep at it, in the best way you can, if you don&#039;t give up, then you are a superhero, too!
For me it&#039;s to keep going to the gym, and to keep getting on the treadmill for as long as I can without risking any more of my health.</description>

Cornwall park is one of my favourite places to run as well.  There are roosters too - sometimes they cheer, or rather crow, when you run past. Have you noticed the signs warning of the cows. I think a couple of years ago a jogger was attacked by a cow who had recently given birth and went into protection mode.
