		<description>You need to give your body a little bit of rest occasionally, or you will wear it out too quickly! You are lucky you can still run like that, I used to run a little (compared to you) but then got shin splints and that put an end to it. To this day I cannot run more than 5 - 10 minutes any more. Keep up the good work!
