		<description>That&#039;s pretty impressive. The only time that I do only 25 push-ups are when I need to do it before I go for my run - only in cold weather.  Keep it up dude.</description>

		<description>Thats fantastic, over the last 3 months I have added push ups to my workout and I&#039;m amazed at the results they give you. But completing high reps really eats into your time and makes your workout much longer.
I now do my push ups wearing a weight vest and use push up bars to get lower on each rep. I have gone from being able to do 60 to now only able to complete 15. But I&#039;m saving myself lots of time and getting a better workout

50 is an awesome effort. I will be joining you in the challenge in a few weeks time once my race is out of the way. I think my progress will be a bit slower though! Keep up the good work. 100 is just around the corner.
