It’s down to -6C here and it really sucks. Spent the evening cleanign the garage so I wouldn’t have to scrape ice in the morning. Today I had to jack with the pool as it needed heating elements around the pipes so they wouldn’t freeze. It’s supposed to get down to -12 C tonight. Brrr! I’m staying indoors for sure!

Ahhhhh but you don’t mention the wind! Or is Auckland missing out on that? I’m so sick of thinking I’m having a great run and then turning the corner to come home and being hit full force by the darn wind.

I too am jealous of that fabulous weather! This morning I walked in 9 degree weather. I think I had on about 30 layers and was still chilly!

Very nice pic’s! I am in Southern California so the weather isn’t that bad LOL. Right now we are looking at 72 degrees and blue sky’s. At night cold here is 50.

Man, I envy your weather right now! Those pictures look amazing as far as places to run go – water, boats, great skyline. My wife brings up the notion of moving to New Zealand someday, and your photographs are definitely a good sell. Who knows…

Well today felt like a heat wave — up to the low 30′s with no wind after a couple days with wind chills around zero.

I made a note to return the favor in July.

Ok those pictures are just cruel man! lol we just came off of a 2 day stretch of 10 degree weather, snow and 40 mph winds! can you say sub zero? keep up the good work.
