Weigh-in Monday #3 2010: Looking greenish

It’s been a pretty good week eating wise. I’ve had the odd treat but very much in moderation. I’ve managed to stick to eating very healthy food 95% of the time without feeling particularly deprived so that is great. This week’s chart:

All green which is great.

This is the chart for the year so far:

I’m still eating quite a lot but it’s good healthy food. When you combine that with all the running and exercise I’m doing then you get these nice green charts.

Speaking of running, I got in a good 11km when I ran into work this morning.  It was a beautiful morning and a fantastic run.  I’ve been really enjoying my running lately which is just great.

damn dude! You’re running at 1500 calorie per day deficit? No wonder you’re killing it! I don’t see how you’re not starving. I know I would be. Good job and keep it up!

I’m eating heaps so I don’t think it is really such a large deficit. I’m also running an hour a day so that adds up as well.

Big congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can eat a lot more if you are eating healthy food vs. a lot of empty calories. Like you, I work out like crazy too & allows me to eat more than a person of my age & height.
