		<description>Wow, it would be so fantastic to be able to run in such a beautiful place. 6:30/km is slow? I must be an ancient runner then. LOL :) Great job on running 11kms. 6 is all I can handle for now.

I had never heard of the squats challenge. I will have to check it out as well as the 100 pushups challenge.

		<description>Fantastic challenge(s)! The low heart rate training has been part of my routine lately as well. Not my plan initially but after a calf injury I was forced into low impact workouts. I am pleasantly surprised at the positive results the low impact, low heart rate training has had on my recovery during and after a workout. Nice post!</description>
