I did my first session of week 03 of C25K today. This involves running for three minutes at two points. I completed it successfully (Yay me!), but I did find that the little voice inside me was saying “I can’t do this! Give up!”

		<description>Sadly I have no time to do the morning runs. I just can&#039;t get up in time for them. So I do mine at lunch time and squeeze it in. I won&#039;t be able to do that after spring though, Texas heat is not really conducive of high noon runs.

I also like that you take pictures on your daily runs, it keeps your runs interesting.

As for the upgrade to full marathon, I know what you mean. I almost registered for the Chicago marathon, 10/10/10 and all, but I think I&#039;ll stick with White Rock in Dallas in December instead.

		<description>Very nice, I&#039;m actually starting to like running too, but I&#039;m no where as good as you are yet. I can run for 15 minutes without an issue, but after that I feel the need to stop. :)
