		<description>Awesome stuff on both fronts! 75 pushups is a terrific number. I remember getting to that total at the end of one of the workouts for the push up challenge and really surprising myself. I think once you hit 75 you really start to see the finish line and that coveted 100. You&#039;re so close!!!</description>

What I&#039;m finding really hard now is gaining muscle. Believe me, once you have the right weight, you&#039;ll want to build muscle, and there comes the harder part. My 2 cents ;)</description>
