There&#039;s even a debate over here that the type of sugar that is in almost all of our processed foods is a huge problem, because high fructose corn syrup is considered way more addictive than sugar.  There are also other debates that it should be regulated the way nicotine is here.

Either way, I know that I find it easier to not have it at all, than to have &quot;just a little.&quot;</description>

It seems that almost all health issues can be linked to ingestion of processed sugars, which send your body into insulin overproduction, which subsequently tells your cells that you have to store fat, meaning you are not getting the energy you need, which makes you more hungry, and leads you to crave more sugar. The book is called &quot;Good Calories, Bad Calories&quot; and everyone should check it out. The physiological processes are described in amazing clarity, and it is not a preachy sort of thing. Bread is so hard to resist, especially at restaurants.  You get there.  You&#039;re hungry.  They put hot bread in front of you.  If they&#039;re really evil, they give you honey butter, too.  How do you resist that?
