Weigh-in post #8 2010: Onderland!

A bit of a slower week this week with only .8 kg (1.8 pounds) lost.  I sort of expected that as I ate rather poorly while away and it took me a few days to get totally back into my routine.

So far it’s been an all green year:

A small milestone this week in that I dropped below the 200 pound mark.  I also crossed the 50 kg lost mark for us metric folk.

I’m down to single figures in terms of pounds to go to my initial goal of getting into the normal BMI.  :)

  1. Hehe. Keeping track in pounds and kgs means you get more milestones. ;P But congrats on both of them! Well deserved!

  8. A truism is that as you approach peak fitness, your weight loss will begin to slow. So you’re getting more fit, and closer to your ideal weight, even in the face of travel.

    Congratulations!

  10. Only 11 pounds!!! Man. You should go back and read your first couple of blog entries and see how far you have come. Curious to know with all the running you do, how often do you wear out shoes?

  12. Hey Andrew, thanks for the tip about physicsdiet.com. I’ve gone on and registered and already seen why this can be a very helpful tool. My weight fluctuated five pounds overnight — kind of a surprise, even though I know that can happen. I just didn’t really believe it was happening to me! Luckily it fluctuated down, so it was good news. But I can see how having a nice, objective tracker to smooth out the ups and downs is very helpful. Your pics are lovely, by the way. What beautiful scenery.
