Weigh-in post #9 2010: By the skin of my teeth

I managed to stay in the green by the skin of my teeth this week. I really need to work on my weekend eating.  Having said that, it has still been a successful week despite the overindulgence on the food front.

Week 09 of the year and it’s still an all green year:

I definitely need that Weekend warriors challenge!

This coming week should be much better.  I’ll be back into my normal routine and that always helps me.  If I stay focused I should be able to get to goal by the end of this month.  Now that will be a milestone to look forward to!

    Hey, as long as you’re staying in the green, you should be happy! I’m definitely looking forward to the challenge next weekend too, although so far this weekend has gone fairly well for me. Keep it up, and you’ll be at your goal weight before you know it.

    Seriously, I definitely am routine-driven as well. when my routine is off (as it has been for the last month or so, unfortunately), it is horrendously difficult to restart the engine and keep it running.

    But that’s one of the reasons I keep hangin’ around your blog — always inspiring :) Keep it up – you are helping more people than you know.

    I’m weak on the weekends, too. I’m trying to offset some of my missteps with more exercise, and I try to make it new, different, exciting and long!

    Great job, Andrew! I’ve been giving the physics diet charts a try at your suggestion, and I like the concept – I’m afraid I’m perilously close to going into red this week, though! I lost a lot last week when I wasn’t exercising, and with the exercising back this week, my weight’s rising. Ugh!
