Weekend warriors to the fore!

This weekend I’m taking on the Weekend Warrior Challenge. Here are my three measurable goals for this upcoming weekend:

  1. Take my family out for a walk or a bike ride.
  2. Weigh no more on Monday morning than I did on Saturday morning.
  3. Run more than a half marathon distance.

All relatively easy to do but stuff I’ve been slacking on the last few weeks.

  19. Good luck with your weekend warrior goals. That’s a ton of running, at least for me it would be. I think I should up my running goals to keep up with my fellow weekend warriors … small steps though. Kick butt and have fun outside in the nice weather, wish we had it.
