Weekend warriors to the fore!
Posted on March 5th, 2010 by Andrew
This weekend I’m taking on the Weekend Warrior Challenge. Here are my three measurable goals for this upcoming weekend:
- Take my family out for a walk or a bike ride.
- Weigh no more on Monday morning than I did on Saturday morning.
- Run more than a half marathon distance.
All relatively easy to do but stuff I’ve been slacking on the last few weeks.

Sounds good Andrew! I don’t have to go for a long run this weekend. Only 7 miles
Next weekend is back up to 16 though. Have a good one!

Good luck with your weekend warrior goals. That’s a ton of running, at least for me it would be. I think I should up my running goals to keep up with my fellow weekend warriors … small steps though. Kick butt and have fun outside in the nice weather, wish we had it.
