You have lost a TON of weight... it had to happen eventually. I&#039;m around 30 pounds from my goal weight.. and I&#039;m finding it&#039;s getting harder and harder to lose weight as well. You may have actually gained muscle in the process? 

Does salt effect you that much? I have salty snacks all the time and I never thought about it effecting my weight so much.
