Scale dreams
I use Physics diet to track my official weight. But this morning when I did my daily weigh-in I was 100 grams from goal according to my actual scale weight. Then I went for a 12.5 km run…
It’s nice to see it on the scale but I’m not quite at goal yet. But it is oh so close.

So close! I have to laugh though, I kept my training a day ahead this week because I knew it would help me reach goal, I always weigh less after a run … nothing like a bit of manipulation! (although have to say, I would have reached goal anyway, I was a good kg below it
)

I know you’ve mentioned that if you shave your beard, your wife will not be happy, but for 100g? I think shaving the beard is well worth being in the doghouse with the Mrs!

I can’t wait to see the victory post! Write something from beginning to end with your struggles and how you over came them, etc. That should be an interesting read.
