1000 km

I reached a mini milestone in that I hit 1000 km run for the year so far.  That’s not bad considering my goal for the year was to hit 2000!  That’s it for today!

So, to put this in perspective. Including today, there are 109 days since the first of the year. 1000km is about 621 miles. So you’ve averaged 5.7 miles per day? That of course is more amazing since I have to assume you’ve taken some rest days.

That is incredible…good on you man!

Pretty impressive running there Andrew! I’m at a lot more measly 587 km for the year but I’m certainly hoping to play catch up with you once I start hitting those 55+ mpw training weeks in the summer.
