		<description>Andrew - don&#039;t worry about a again of 0.02kg. Most people eat way more than that in a single meal. Understand that your weight will fluctuate (kind of like the stock market) but overtime it will go down if you continue on your path!</description>

I find if I have a good weekend, it sets me up for a good week and vice versa, only problem is, some weekends are just too full of good (bad!) food offerings!</description>

		<description>Good luck this week. I flat-lined over the past week because I wasn&#039;t able to run (or do any other sort of exercise, for that matter). But the good news is that I&#039;m holding steady more or less steady even in the absence of exercise -- and I&#039;m hopeful that I&#039;ll be able to resume normal exercise soon.

		<description>.01kg over goal weight? That&#039;s barely anything - I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll have no problem at all getting there next week. I know what you mean about weekends though, they&#039;re still tough for me too. It&#039;s much easier when I&#039;m stuck at work and just have my set of healthy snacks for the day, without access to anything else to munch on.

One thing that might be happening is you are probably getting really used to running the longer distances. You might want to try mixing it up, maybe some shorter interval training or incorporate some cross training?
