		<description>When you hit a plateau you know it&#039;s time to change things up.  That&#039;s the problem with marathons.  Your body starts to get used to running and you burn less calories.  Plus since you&#039;re lighter it is easier to run.  I would suggest trying interval training or adding more strength training.  Another problem you&#039;ll find is after the marathon you will obviously cut way back on your running which will again make it harder to continue any weight loss.  Be sure after the marathon to replace your long distance running with shorter more intense cardio to see if that kick starts your metabolism again.</description>
