I’m finding it hard to blog at the moment.  Still lacking mojo I guess.

    oooooo, I’m like that a lot lately. It’s not that I slack on the fitness and healthy eating, I just got nothing to say and would rather spend my time doing things in real life. Actually, experts say that this is the healthier way of living. Something like, if you spend more than 30 minutes a day thinking and talking about your health/fitness/weight loss, you’re working too hard at it.

    Maybe change your blog up a bit. I’ve changed mine and hope that it’ll get me blogging more. I really find it intereting and informative reading back my old blogs so in the interest of my future self who needs to know what I was going through this time last year I will try to blog more. Hope you get the mojo back to blog more because there are a lot of people who enjoy reading about your progress. I am especially interested in your route to the Tarawera Ultra. Howz that training going???
