A wee hill run
Peter and I have started a good habit. Every second Friday we do a wee hill run. Our route takes us up through through the Auckland Domain, up the aptly named Mountain Rd and then we do 3 times up and down Mt Eden’s volcanic cone.
On our way back through the Domain we also do a quarter km sprint. Just because we can.

woh thats some mileage right there, but might give it a go how long exactly did that take you?
