It’s Wednesday which means intervals!

Peter and I did intervals in the Auckland Domain again today. We upped it to ten quarter km repeats. He did them in well under a minute whereas I was hovering around the minute mark.

I remembered to wear my HR strap and you can definitely see that I had to work a bit harder at times!

I think the intervals are pretty good.  You definitely know you’re getting a workout while doing them. Smile
